Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues related to damaged or incorrect items.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers have 15 days from the date of delivery or pickup to report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items and request a replacement.

To begin a claim, please contact our customer support team with photos and details of the issue. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions regarding the replacement process.

Replacement orders are given priority and every effort will be made to process and deliver them as quickly as possible.


Inspection Upon Delivery or Pickup

Customers are responsible for thoroughly inspecting all products at the time of pickup or delivery.

If any damage, defects, or discrepancies are identified, they must be reported immediately. Damaged items may be refused at the time of delivery and returned with the carrier.

Once products have been accepted and the delivery or pickup process has been completed, OLFACORP cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs afterward.


Product Returns

Returns are accepted only for approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If a return is approved after delivery has been completed, the customer is responsible for transporting the affected product(s) back to the designated location for inspection and resolution.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for approved warranty, damage, or order discrepancy claims.

We do not accept exchanges or returns due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

  • Product size not fitting the intended space

  • Changes in design preferences, colors, finishes, or styles after purchase

We encourage customers to carefully review all specifications before placing an order.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once 24 hours have passed and production or processing has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or reduced.


Refunds

Refunds will only be considered for approved claims where a replacement, repair, or alternative resolution is not possible.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


Order Storage & Pickup

Customers have up to 60 days to arrange pickup of completed orders.

Orders that remain uncollected beyond 60 days may be returned to inventory without notice. In such cases, no refund, credit, or compensation will be provided.
